Vineyards
Estate vineyards are located in the heart of the Acqui zone. The grapes are grown in calcareous soil, mixed with clay.
Winemaking
Traditional maceration (5-7 days) with skin contact, followed by racking and gentle pressing of the must. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
Color: Ruby red.
Bouquet: Fresh fruit with notes of cherries and blackberries.
Taste: Flavorful with varietal characteristics and a typical dry finish.
Food Pairing
Ideal with grilled chicken, swordfish and marinated shrimp. Serve slightly chilled.
