Vineyards
Grapes are grown in the Central Coast of California. The soil consists of sandy loam.
Winemaking
Our Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is the
finest expression of this popular varietal. The
rolling hills of the Central Coast provide excellent
soil drainage and consistently dry summers create
the perfect growing conditions for Cabernet
Sauvignon. The wine is aged in oak casks for
14 months prior to bottling.
