Grapes are grown in the Central Coast of California. The soil consists of sandy loam.
Our Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is the
finest expression of this popular varietal. The
rolling hills of the Central Coast provide excellent
soil drainage and consistently dry summers create
the perfect growing conditions for Cabernet
Sauvignon. The wine is aged in oak casks for
14 months prior to bottling.
Color: Deep red.
Bouquet: Dark berry aromas, notes of coffee, cocoa, and nutmeg
Taste: Black cherry and vanilla supported by rich and supple tannins and a long finish
Pairs well with short ribs braised in red wine.
