The wine is then aged on lees in old German wood casks and the lees are stirred for 5 to 6 months. No malolactic fermentation is used.

Bouquet: Floral, white pepper.
Taste: Citrus, white peach.
Ideal with slow cooked lentils, shellfish and warm German breads.
