Vineyards
Casablanca Valley, Chile. The soil consists of evolved, black clay and coarse yellow sand.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked in mid March, then fermented in stainless steel. Aging takes place for 8 months, 50% in stainless steel and 50% in French Oak Barrels.
Tasting Notes
Color: Bright yellow with green reflections.
Bouquet: A lifted nose of lime and grapefruit, intertwined with tropical fruits, pineapple and peach. Hints of vanilla-toffee.
Taste: Deliciously fruity, with elegant integrated oak flavors for a sweet beginning and a lush, flavorful finish.
Food Pairing
Excellent pairing with white meats, smoked meats and creamy pasta dishes.
