Winemaking
Handpicking in late March allows the grapes to ripen fully. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel. 50% of this wine is aged for 6 months in oak.
Tasting Notes
Color: Intense ruby red.
Bouquet: Fresh fruit aromas with a hint of spice from the oak.
Taste: Red and dark berry flavors with smooth mouth feel and great balance. A persistent wine with delicate tannins and a delicious finish.

Pairs deliciously with tomato based pasta dishes and red roasted meats.
