Coyam 2011

Give this time in the glass and its oak notes begin to diminish as the ripe black fruit gains prominence. This is biodynamically grown, a luscious blend of Syrah, Carmenere, Merlot and Cabernet, with hints of Mourvedre and Malbec, a warm red for meats slow roasted over a campfire on a cool summer night.
