Trebbiano di Romagna

Trebbiano di Romagna – This varietal appeared in Romagna during the Etruscan period. Trebbiano di Romagna was certainly much different from the wine of today as, back then, they were aromatized through the addition of pitch or resin and even the same scents that were used in making perfumes worn by the Roman women.

Trebbiano di Romagna DOC is a white wine produced with the Trebbiano grape grown throughout Romagna. A dry, sweet, still or sparkling wine may be produced.
