Winemaking All the grapes are picked early and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation is arrested at 8.5% alcohol and 8.5% residual sugar. A fair amount of residual carbonation from fermentation is left in the wine.
Tasting Notes Color: Pale gold.
Bouquet: Citrus fruit and honeysuckle.
Taste: Aromas of citrus fruit and honeysuckle with flavors of green apple balanced by vibrant acidity.
Food Pairing Ideal with blackened catfish, spicy chicken wings, Thai cuisine, cheesecake, crème brulée or ice cream.
