Exclusively in the province of Reggio-Emilia. Fertile, deep and medium-mixture grounds.
The soft pressing of select grapes is followed by the fermentation of the must at controlled temperature. The skins only stay in contact with the juice for a short time, imparting a nice pink color while keeping the juice nice and sweet. A second fermentation, using the Charmat method, imparts the characteristic sparkling note.
Color: Bright rosé.
Bouquet: Light, fresh and delicate.
Taste: Soft, approachable and fruity.
