After maceration the must is fermented at a controlled temperature, and then the wine is fermented to form a natural light sparkle. Isobaric bottled for impeccable freshness.
Bouquet: Essence of freshly picked wild blackberries.
Taste: Light and fresh with a jammy burst of fruit in the mouth.
Enjoy it with light dishes, salads, spicy cuisine and dark chocolates or desserts. It’s also delicious on its own as a chilled cocktail. Serve chilled at 44˚F (7˚C).
