The grapes are grown in sandy soil in the vineyards located in Santo Stefano Briga (Messina), Sicily, Italy.
After soft pressing and fermentation with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel, the wine ages in one-year-old barrels of Troncais and Allier oak. It is then bottled and rests, unfiltered, for about another year before release.
Color: Ruby red.
Bouquet: Fragrant bouquet of ripe red berries with spicy undertones.
Taste: Spicy black fruit flavors and dense tannins, persistent finish.
