Grown in wind-blown loess on basalt bed rock in Columbia Valley, Washington.
After harvesting Washington state's finest automatic white varietals, we ferment them cold in stainless steel to retain the truest characteristics
and the freshness of the wine. The wine is aged on lees for a few months to add a bit of weight to the final blend.
Color: Pale yellow.
Bouquet: Jasmine, honeysuckle and citrus blossom.
Taste: Citrus, white peach and mineral.
