Central Valley, Chile. The soil is alluvial in origin and of medium depth. It has good drainage and high fertility.
The organically grown grapes are hand-picked during the last week in March. Stainless steel tanks, select yeasts, low fermentation temperatures, pumpovers and gentle lees stirring are used in the vinification process. The wine is lightly fined and cold-stabilized before bottling.
Color: Soft yellow.
Bouquet: Tantalizing citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime blend with notes of pineapple.
Taste: Juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors reappear on the palate. Nicely balanced with a delicious finish.
This wine’s freshness and natural acidity make it the perfect food wine. Pairs especially well with salad and seafood dishes.
