Oltrepo Pavese area, whose boundaries are the Po River and the Apennines, within northern Italy’s Pavia province, Lombardia. Mixture of clay and chalk soil.
The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and soft pressed. The must is then fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures for 2-3 weeks.
Color: Light straw yellow with greenish hues.
Bouquet: Delicate and perfumed with floral notes.
Taste: Soft and well-balanced with hints of mineral and golden apple flavors. The Frizzante style provides a lively and lingering finish.
Ideal with hors d'oeuvres, fish, white meats, and foods that hint of spice.
