The traditional production area of Lambrusco, is located in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena in northern Italy. The soil is fertile and deep with a medium texture.
Grapes are hand harvested. Fermentation for 2 to 3 weeks in stainless steel vats.
Color: Deep ruby red.
Bouquet: Fresh and intense with hints of raspberry and wild black berry.
Taste: This eminently quaffable red is soft, round and well balanced with a bright vein of acidity and
juicy notes of red berries.
