  • Vineyards Select vineyards on the hills surrounding southern Rome in the Castelli Romani area within the Roma DOC zone. Rich volcanic soil.
  • Winemaking The vines are trained using the Guyot system. Fully ripened grapes are picked during the last 10 days of September, followed by maceration on the skins for 10-12 days at a temperature of 22-26°C. Part of the wine is aged in small oak and then finished in stainless steel.
  • Tasting Notes Color: Ruby red. Bouquet: Intense aromas of wild berries with slightly spicy notes. Taste: Smooth and persistent flavor with velvety tannins.
