Mid-Western Sicily, Trapani and Agrigento provinces. Soil is of mixed composition, with traces of limestone.
Hand harvested Moscato grapes are skin macerated for 12 hours then fermented for 10 days in steel tanks where it develops its sparkle. The wine is then aged for 2 months in a steel container.
Color: Bright straw yellow in color.
Bouquet: Clear hints of peach, apricot and citrus notes.
Taste: Fresh, lively and well-balanced.
Ideal as an aperitif, perfect with spicy foods and delightful with desserts.
