Winemaking Fully ripe and healthy grapes are selected. After crushing, the must that during pressing was kept in contact with skins to increase aroma and enhance structure is fermented at controlled temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by a partial malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and balance.
Tasting Notes Color: Straw yellow.
Bouquet: Hints of melon, pineapple and peach.
Taste: Fruit forward with a lingering finish.
Food Pairing Ideal with fish, mild risottos, melon and prosciutto, and white meats.
