  • Winemaking Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about one week with twice-daily pumpings over to obtain color, soft tannins, and optimal extraction. The wine undergoes barrique ageing, resulting in a touch of vanilla which increases the wine’s complexity without masking the aroma of this variety. 10% of the wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months before blending.
  • Tasting Notes Color: Ruby red. Bouquet: Black fruit, vanilla, and clove. Taste: Well balanced with a silky pepper and blackcurrant finish.
  • Food Pairing Ideal with roasted red meats, rich pastas, and grilled vegetables.
